      Oh wow, my favourite dog was a GS x Rottie and we also had a Golden Retriver x Lab. I highly agree with this vid. However I'm sad that I find it hard to find cross (GS/Rot) these days and you get a beautiful, weightier GS looking dog with all the good qualities of both breeds. Absolute sweethearts who make you feel safe but are cuddly and smart.

      My friend at a Rottie ( Molly ) when I first met her , she would growl at me a little and keep her distance. When I was in the living room watch TV she did the same thing , then got up on the couch. She started at me then put her head under my arm and wanted attention 😂. She just wanted cuddles 😂

      I got a chocolate "Field" American Labrador Retriever from a duck hunter, he's EXTREMELY hyper, smart and strong, I love him to no end! Perfect dog for me but I can see families having a hard time!

      I hate to do this to you are you drinking a Labrador I really despise not just because it's annoying but because it's fur all over the place German Shepherd great choice you want to working dog got a backyard you're good Rottweiler best choice of all you are the man but that Labrador unless they train their very annoying sorry brother

      Let’s be honest the best big dog you could ever have is a Newfoundland .
      To give you an idea in the original Peter Pan , Nana was a Newfoundland .

      I had a full black LAB. HE ATTACKED OTHER DOGS PULLED ON LEASH ALMOST KILLED MY NEIGHBORS DOG AND ATTACKS PEOPLE AND BITE MY HAND I HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND YOU CALL THIS BAD? ALL DOGS HAVE A SIDE NONE ARE JUST LOVING YOU NEED TO HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU DOGS.LEARN BEFORE GETTING ONE.

      a well trained Rottweiler is without a doubt one of the best family dogs . I know my boy Duke won't let anyone near my daughters without mine or my wife's approval

      We had a German Shepherd who had that hip problem bred out of him, he was a well behaved dog who had a great trainer, our old Rottie. She was a beautiful girl who protected us even in her older years, they’re no longer with us but my family still cares for them deeply

      If you think roti is an amazing family dog you have never owed a boer boel have had both and have two boer boels now i am blown away

      Rottweiler for the win. Protective, lovable, loyal, easy to train if your ready to be the alpha. For me the only downside is a short life. Every 6-8 years your heart will be broken.

      my gsd has become my child! she's the sweetest, most loyal, affectionate dog I have ever come across. I thought she would be too much dog for me but getting her ended up being the best decision of my adult life so far. I will never not have a GSD in my life now. 🥰🥰

      I had 2 female 125 pound German shepherds growing up and they were the best dogs in my eyes they were protective listened better then people do n sweet as can be but everyone new don't mess with the family

      I was raised by whole life with Rottweilers in the house and it’s incredibly how they have such a natural protection for children, I’ve never felt safer as a kid then when my Rottweilers were with me
