Four New Born Staffy Puppies Arrive | Life with Nine Staffordshire Bull Terriers | Wolfpack Weekly

This has been one of the biggest weeks in Wolfpack history. ❤️🐾
Eva has welcomed four beautiful Staffy puppies into the world, three girls and one boy, and the entire Wolfpack seems to know that something very special has happened.
We start with Eva surrounded by the family in her whelping box before labour begins. Then comes the long wait, plenty of cuddles and back rubs, Julie chasing Eva around the garden in the dark with a torch, and finally the arrival of four gorgeous red and white pied Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppies.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Wolfpack are beside themselves in the lounge, sniffing underneath the kitchen door and trying to work out what all the tiny new noises are.
The camp bed is back out so Julie can keep a full 24-hour watch over Eva and the puppies, which has one unexpected bonus for Peggy. There is finally extra room in our bed, and she celebrates with her famous overexcited Staffy dance. 😂
Elsewhere this week, Baby Bluebelle Mae comes to visit and Boo is completely obsessed with her, Walter continues his duties as Chief Dish Inspector, and Eva makes it very clear when she wants the puppies moved while we clean the whelping pen.
Even her toilet breaks have become adventures. Eva investigates possible puppy-storage bushes, chases off an unsuspecting chicken and then races straight back indoors to check on her babies.
With Eva struggling to eat properly, we tempt her with hand-fed roast chicken, while the rest of the Wolfpack head into Sycamore Woods for a spot of blackberry foraging.
Walter is suddenly looking enormous, Peggy takes an unexpected slide down a hill, Walter and Smudgekins discover the ancient Staffy technique of simply barging through a supposedly dog-proof stile, and Peggy and Tommy get me into trouble by ignoring Julie’s instructions and paddling in Lily Pad Lake.
