#A5739117 Say hello to Zara, a 2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a stunning brown brindle coat that looks almost like regal tiger stripes or tortoiseshell print. 🐾 Her piercing light eyes, like pools of golden honey, perfectly match her long-limbed, robustly built frame – all eye catching! This gorgeous girl has clearly been a mama in the past, but now it’s her turn to be pampered and babied like the queen she is, she deserves all the spoiling. Though she wasn’t feeling her best when we met her – she picked up a little doggy cold at the shelter – her best qualities still shine through: curious, attentive, loving, and loyal. Zara is ready for a furever family who will adore her, give her comfort, and let her show just how sweet and devoted she can be. Will that be with you? 💛✨

-75 pound female – not yet spayed due to her doggy cold, so will need to be adopted on a trust waiver, promising to have her spayed once she’s better!
-up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! However, will need to be adopted on a health waiver due to her cold – adopter to follow up with own vet for further diagnostics and potential treatment if needed
-came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 11/17/25 as a stray
