And agreed about people letting their dogs run off leash! We have that issue here, and it stops some people from being able to walk their dogs in town. I just don't get it.

I have a 12 pound rattie and I would NEVER let him go off leash. He would 100% be the little idiot that would charge at a dog twice his size. No way I would put another dog through that stress, nor would I risk the safety of my own dog.

My heeler got off his leash on accident during a walk. We were a few blocks from home. And he stayed right with me and finished walking home without running off. I was proud of him for that. There were other ppl and dogs outside too. They are good boys

We have that ‘off leash’ issue in our walks also. Their human carries leash -dog not attached. There is a leash law but we do live out so not sure ???—but it is scary for all humans and canines. But MR MAN you

Leash your dogs! Little dogs get away with more than toddlers.
I know my dog doesn’t like other dogs or strangers. She’s mean and 14 lbs. I keep her leashed and she’s only off leash in her fenced yard. I hate to see unleashed dogs. It’s always an issue.
Very good dogs!! I can leave our mama red Heeler outside with my son and she sits a guards him, the other three are starting to learn to do it also.
