Jupiter (A316473) is an energetic and highly athletic 3-year-old Bordier Collie / Staffordshire Terrier mix with a lot of love to give. Born to be active, she’s incredibly agile and thrives on physical activity, especially when it comes to playing fetch. Jupiter is obsessed with tennis balls and will bring them right back to you, making her not only fun to play with but also a breeze to train. Her enthusiasm for tennis balls shows just how smart and motivated she is.
Jupiter was originally brought to the shelter when her owners could no longer care for her due to health issues. She was raised in a home where she was good with both adults and children, but she prefers to be the only pet in the household. She has shown some challenges with other dogs, which unfortunately led to her return after being adopted. She is housebroken and crate trained. We believe Jupiter has the potential to thrive in the right home, one where she can receive the proper training and socialization to help her succeed. If you’re an active, experienced dog owner who can provide Jupiter with the structured environment she needs, she could be a wonderful companion.
