These hens are driving me nuts, but it’s all hopefully going to be worth it. Are the eggs even fertile? Did Doogie do his job?
Also.. don’t get me started on the wind. 60 mph undid an entire days work ripping up our weed fabric in the first plot.. but we persevered and got it stapled back down and began our first transplants in our market gardens.

Food luck with the broody hens. As to the fabric? The pins or staples are not to be trusted. Use sand bags. Easier to deploy and find to move. Much better holding down. And better on the silage tarps. Have a great day 🌤🦃
