    These two blind staffies must’ve been mailmen in their past lives! Luna and Lily were not easy rescues. But caring for blind dogs turned out to be much easier that their family thought!

      You are all the most wonderful people – and make the best family together, ever. THANKYOU for loving these darling, blind/sight-impaired dogs.       OUR 16 year old Standard Pomerainian ( hes the size of a small Cocker Spainial) is going blind and he gets startled so easily. Our Blk Lab Moose Mix Dog will follow him and gently steer ( she uses her body as a blocker to keep him safe) him away from dangerous drip offs from our teired back yard… Beau ( Bo) was abandoned by his breeder when the pet store hed been placed in for 6 months went belly up. A friend who also bred dogs asked if we wanted him… Hes been a joy since day one he came to live with us.

      I adopted my first ever pit foster. Years later she ended up with diabetes and went blind. She died last year after 10 amazing years with me. She ushered in countless other pittie fosters and never was there ever a sweeter, more gentle dog. The way she was with kids…. all the pitties I've taken in have been INCREDIBLE with children. I wish everyone would save a pit. They have forever changed my life.

      Because of their disability…. Possibly not have been cared for.
