Startled, he barked and jumped to his feet,
“The cake can wait, but those flames I must beat!”
So Caesar the watchdog, brave and alert,
Kept the cake safe without getting hurt.
But deep down he knew, with a mischievous grin,
Next time, that cake might just win!
