I believe there should be a list. I also think the fines are too small. I think besides a fine there should be jail time. If I wouldn't go to jail. If you hurt my pet then I would hurt you the same way. Since we can't do that the fines and jail time will have to do. I have had over 200 cats in my 63 years of life. They were more than just a pet. They were my BFF.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
