明日はこどもの日、端午の節句。クミちゃん、オセナこいのぼりつけて、頭にはミニサイズのカブトをかぶりました。コンコースでスローハイジャンプ、まねきねこダックさんとツーショット。最後にベートーヴェンさんとラブラブ。クミちゃんお散歩に満足したのか、自分からキャリー入ってくれました。

5th May is Kodomo-no-hi = Children’s Day in Japan.
It is a national holiday.
Kodomo-no-hi is called “Tango-no-sekku”, Boys’ festival.
(3rd March is Hina-matsuri = Doll’s Festival, Girls’ festival in Japan.)
We celebrate Kodomo-no-hi in order to wish the healthy growth of the children.
Koinobori (carp streamers) is flown outside as the symbol of strength and courage.
And, miniature suits of samurai armor were displayed inside the house hoping boys become strong.
Samurai armor helmet is Kabuto in Japnaese.
Boys make Origami Kabuto with a newspaper, and wear it on the head.

Kumichan's back accessory is "Osena-Koinobori".
"Osena" means back.
"Koinobori" means carp streamer or flying carp.
We celebrate Kodomo-no-hi by flowing big Koinobori (about 10 m length) outside.
