All right check it out folks we’re here at South parkk Mall ran into one of our fans your name is Monica and Monica has the amazing Miss Prada who is a Dutch Shepherd how old is she uh a year and a month a year and one month and pretty

Well trained she’s doing great we actually have check it out Mr Zeke over here he’s trained in French commands and you also trained Miss Prada here in French commands here’s a question for you do you recommend the Dutch Shepherd for most folks I would not say for just

Anybody they are definitely a highdrive dog you have to know what you’re doing an experienced Handler is probably very recommended for them this is my second Dutch Shepherd actually but yeah what are your thoughts on the prong collar I honestly love the prong collar as long

As it is used correctly do you find anyone giving you a hard time that you have a prone caller on her no I have not run into anybody that has given me anything about it as long as you know use it in a good way and the way it’s

Supposed to be used I think every tool is learning is okay yeah there you go well very nice to meet you yeah it was great to meet you nice to meet you Miss I’ll give you a little going away present see youall in the next one thanks

  1. Where I live prong collars are illegal and literaly considered animal abuse. You would not only get your dog taken away but also had to pay quite a bit of money…

  2. I had a lighter coloured Dutchy. They look even more stunning with their brindle coat. Trained to KNPV PH II. Camba was his name Trained in Dutch commands. Got twice second in competition.

  3. Little tip for anybody that has a dark dog. Herm Sprenger also do their collars in black. They visually blend better with dark furs and you get less unwanted opinions (if you care about those)

  4. still not a fan of prong collars….in my opinion you can teach them everything without maybe it takes more time but still… So no need to use it.

  5. Garrett said that he recommends dog owners experience what a prong collar and shock collar feels. Well Blondie rules are rules and I would never disobey Garrett. Let's get the collar on you…or me… I can get a little crazy.

  6. I use a prong for my bully pit and had two people with tiny dogs speak their minds I wear it correctly on all my dogs had a protection great Dane also prong …
This is my smallest dogs and still have it on her she is trained fully and yesbat times we use just harness but only where she works when I'm off days it's the prong and I lrt her run free as well but prong is just a tool when used correctly for strong dogs

  7. I just ordered 2 prong collars. One for my current dog who is being retrained for better obedience and leash walking (thank you DIYK9), and the other for my upcoming puppy. They’ll both be top notch, well behaved, well balanced dogs when I get done!!

  8. Sorry do not like prong collars – lazy training & most people who use them are NOT into being taught how to train dogs through desire to please.

  9. I keep the prong collar on during the day when we're traveling, usually work related. He goes to sleep with it on , and wags his tail before slipping over his neck . Some people he just doesn't like and I don't wanna take any chances. And it's nice when they're calmly walking beside you.. I walk him off leash but when it's somewhere a lot of dogs have been traveling he just wants to roam a little bit . Big Male Corso. Rescue Dog
