Is it possible to create a shelf or lift connected to the wheelchair frame that Goro's left foot could rest on? If it could be elevated securely, at least it wouldn't be dragging on the ground. You're doing so well with him, I hesitate to suggest anything, but the left rear foot doesn't seem essential to the rest of his movement. Love and good thoughts to you and Goro. Kuro is also concerned.
