    Our Latest Rescue – Valentina

    Dog



    This is Valentina, Our latest rescue!

    She was found wandering on the streets. She has her ears completely cut out.

    I think I know what happened: After cropping, her owners didn’t know how to post her ears, they got infected, and to save her life they were removed. What I would love to know is the reason why she was abandoned.

    For now we got her a special gift! An hand-made hat, with ears!

    Hope she gets the family that she deserves!

      Valentina was abandoned because the people only want specific "aesthetics" and don't love dogs. Just specific breeds. I am against all breeding for profit. There are more than enough shelters killing perfectly healthy beings.

      There's a reason cropping ears is illegal in Europe… so much unnecessary pain because people like the way they look?! Really?? Dobermans have such beautiful soft ears. I had to in my life that already had their ears done. The others that I've had since they were small pups, I've never had their ears cropped. Beautiful sweet Souls, all of them❤❤❤

      I’m not saying this happened to this sweet girl but I’ve noticed it’s a trade mark of dog fights in my area to cut the dogs ears like this makes it harder for the other dog to get at I guess just watch out if this becomes a trend and you see it over and over likely you have yourself a dog fighting place near you dumping the “dead weight”

      Whoever ends up with Val in their Family will know they are trully blessed by her! I love ❤️ Dobies and I'd grab her in a heart beat. My Dobie did get her ears cropped but I drove her all the way to the Famous Vet in Stone Mountain that was the Mozart of Ears. That's all she did, JUST EARS!
      I followed the post-op Care Instructions very carefully and she turned out just gorgeously PERFECT!
      Who knows? Maybe whoever adopts Val will be very wealthy and have her ears rebuilt by a Plastic Surgeon Vet who would love a challenge. Not pricked but some lovely natural floppy ones? I can pray can't I Val? ❤❤❤❤😢

      People who cut off animals ears and tails are idiots. That should be against the law a felony and jail time because its animal abuse and mutilation. People are so stupid😮😢

      She's adorable regardless of her ears. Why abandon a beautiful puppy like her when there are so many loving families that are looking to adopt.🥰

      The people who have her do not CARE!!!! Simple poor dog with idiots for owners..Glad she got refused I hope she gets a great loving family to take good care of her.. 😮😮😮😮😮❤

      I adopted 8 months of doberman too a couple of weeks ago. She wasn't potty trained and not trained. And now, she is the sweetest, most smarter girl in the world. I fell in love with her, from first sight 😊 I hope Valentina finds loving home!!!
