basically anyone can blow up anything they want anywhere without repercussions.
Love this video, people need to realize how dogs are scared of fireworks and guns. Right after the 4th of July last year people just kept on shooting fireworks off and nothing was done about it and in my neighborhood where I live people are always shooting their guns off also. The type of town I'm in is kind of run down on the outskirts of Oklahoma City and we all have a couple acres between each house and the police have no way of telling who it was that was firing the guns.
Here in Australia, fireworks, for the most part are, like most things, illegal for public ownership. But they still happen. My boy, Sputnik, a pitbull cross staffie, is also terrified of fireworks and thunder. He climbs onto my lap, and cries. It's bloody heart breaking. I love blue heelers, I've been around them nearly all of my 69 years. Just cuddle your pup, lots of love. Or you could go and deal with the morons.
My big lab and golden retriever mix he is the most loving dig there is. He is 104 lb healthy in shape dog and as soon as fireworks thunder or anything happens he shakes pants and won't stop shaking
