Use the same technique on my aussies & lappies except we leave the nails covered by hair but pretty much same technique 🥰🤩🥰 wish I could afford to send you a lappy special to show for me since I'm out until I have back surgery if I can find a neurosurgeon that takes my insurance 😭 my back just can't handle bending and standing for long periods of time.
Great tips! I loved how you go back and check everything to make sure it is perfect! Learned a lot, thanks!
Hi Amy, could you demonstrate how to trim hocks on a golden retriever? Thanks so much!
Why do you want the nails showing? Thanks for the information.
Nice job Amy! Looks great!!
Could you possibly show how to groom a wire haired breed's foot? (Giant/Standard Schnauzers, etc.) Thank you!!
Thank you for the video, I am just learning how to groom my Goldens feet. He’s almost 5 months old and gets the wiggles lol
Thanks!! I think I'm ok at it, but can always learn more.
Thanks so much! Very useful information. I’d like to see hocks too.
Never too old to keep learning – feathering around foot with thinning shears – who knew I've been holding them incorrectly. Will be fixing that immediately! Thanks Amy. Now how about hocks (front and back).
Thank you for posting! This was extremely informative.
Thanks so much!
Thank you so much! Very helpful!
Hi, Amy! Can you do a grooming video on ears please? Thanks so much for all you do!
Thanks! Sharing this with our Club!
Do you have a link to the specific pair of extra fine point 5.5 inch scissors you use? I went to the site and saw sheers, but I didn't see those. Thank you for the tutorial! 🙂
I've always found it easy to have my Goldens lie on there back while I trim their feet. They relax and nearly fall asleep while I trim. May need to do some final cleanup with them standing afterwards.
Curved shears (6.5in) instead of the straight ones for top of the paws were much more user friendly than straight. Straight shears are difficult for beginners and if the pup is really wiggly- you’re asking to be overwhelmed. I will definitely take your advice on using shears instead of clippers on the pads! I noticed pups licking their paws more when the hair is clipped, thank you for that.
German shepherd please
Can you do one on ears please 😊
How much time regrowth legs hair ?
What is the name of that brush your using on the paws? Thanks!
How would one prepare a puppy to become comfortable with starting the grooming process?
Thank you so much!
