This is just a simple matching game using basic shapes drawn onto index cards. Being a service dog (in training), he already knew what “find the other one” meant as it applied to retrieving shoes. I simply reshaped the command so he would “find the other” shape. He picked up the concept after a few days and we played it for a few minutes per day for another week to improve his accuracy – which is how much practice he’d had by this point in the video (9-10 days of 5-10 minute sessions).

  1. Healers are working dogs. They need to be really busy. They are not designed for suburban living. This dog is already starting to look neurotic. Have you got a herd of cows that need to be mustered?

  2. Smartest dog of the medium size. GSD of the later breeds. Have had both. Loyal!, Protective. . Intelligence far outweigh other breeds. 🐾💙🐾 Hands down.in my opinion. ♥️ Regards Brenda
