  1. Amy, so glad to watch your informative updates and watch this video. We met in Perry, GA (Nov 2020 Winter Wonderland Cluster) as I walked up to you with my Border Collie to thank you for the many things I’ve learned from your videos. Please keep up the great work as I know you are an inspiration to so many.

  2. Thank you. Wonderful video of your process.
I dont have a formal bathing tub, so I have used those suction cups for years to secure my dogs head. I have a cup on either end of the tub to make turning them easier. I mention this for the benefit of other home bathers.

  3. Thank you for another great video, going to do the ear/tail trick next bath. My Golden always shakes and gets me drenched lol. Btw your hair looks great!

  4. Another pre-bath treatment is to apply artificial tears ointment to the eyes. You will still be very careful to keep water and shampoo out of the eyes but this gives another layer of safety and can be especially helpful in dogs who may be moving more than this beauty. It is also extremely helpful for breeds with eyes that protrude and for those that have facial folds. (Use an ointment not a liquid product.)
Thanks for all your generous teaching and great videos!

  5. How do you wash a Pekingese's head? There is not much to hold onto, and water goes right into the ears. Cotton balls do not stay in. I tried using a snood, but it was in the way.

  6. Love this!! Found out I've been bathing my dogs incorrectly for years! Game changer!! Thank you so much!
