紀州犬と雨の日の散歩｜A Rainy Day Walk with My Kishu
最後に隼丸をお風呂に入れてから、気づけば2か月以上が経っていました。
その間に骨折もあり、お風呂の日はすっかり先延ばしに。
どうやらしばらく雨が続く予報。
せっかくなら思いきり泥んこになるまで遊んでからお風呂に入れようと、雨のお山へ散歩に出かけました。
途中、タンニンがたっぷり含まれていそうな水をがぶ飲みしたり、春に芽吹いたばかりの草を食べたりと、終始忙しそうな隼丸。
さて、少しはお風呂への心の準備はできていたのでしょうか……（笑）
It had been over two months since Hayabusamaru’s last bath.
With her fracture and everything in between, bath day kept getting pushed further and further away.
The forecast said the rain would continue for a while.
So I thought—why not let her enjoy getting completely muddy first, and then give her a proper bath?
We headed out for a walk in the rainy mountains.
Along the way, she busily drank from tannin-rich water and nibbled on the fresh spring grass.
I wonder…
did she have any idea a bath was waiting for her?
