  1. I have both, but my Tervuren was born out of a litter of Malinois and has a short coat, just a bit longer than my Malinois. I thought something was wrong with her, because she was much calmer and didn’t even liked long runs. The vet said that Roma was perfectly heathy. A week after I was with both of my dogs in the center of Milano and met a Belgian family. The guy was impressed by my dogs and I explained him that I was worried about Roma. He said to me are you sure she’s a Malinois because She could be a Tervuren workline, and said that Malinois can have a Tervuren. We tested her and the Belgian was right. She’s a 100% Belgian shepherd Tervuren. Both are insanely intelligent. I train for Marathons with Enzo my Malinois. Roma loves short runs but prefers agility and mental stimulation. Or just being cuddled the entire day. Enzo really needs the work outs and needs a job. They might be the same breed but their energy level is very different
