Dog training expert Victoria Stilwell takes on Bertie, a Bedlington Terrier whose owner Frances fears could put her job at risk with his disruptive behaviour in the office. He’s destroyed chairs, jumps up, chews clothes, and loves to loudly throw around his bone the minute anyone’s on a call. The office may be dog friendly, but Bertie is pushing his luck. And his boisterous behaviour isn’t confined to the workplace. He’ll aggressively bark, lunge, and rear up whenever he meets a dog on his daily lead walks. His relentless energy and bad behaviour is pushing Frances to her limit.
