Sometimes you just gotta be real about dog training. I’m out here attempting nonverbal communication with Vader, and let’s be honest – I absolutely have no clue what I’m doing. But hey, we’re trying!
🎯 KEY MOMENTS:
0:15 – Vader’s stick collection begins (priorities!)
1:35 – I walk into that dang branch AGAIN (grace level: zero)
4:20 – “Let’s try some nonverbal training” (famous last words)
5:45 – Camera gets a surprise kissy from Vader!
6:30 – My honest confession: “I have no idea what I’m doing”
7:15 – Using body language cues that I normally use when talking
8:00 – Clapping and snapping doesn’t work (shocking!)
8:45 – Vader gets up out of boredom and pity for his clueless human
This is what real dog training looks like, folks. No fancy techniques, no expert knowledge – just a guy and his Doberman figuring it out together. Vader’s probably thinking “I’ll let this idiot keep trying and make him think he knows what he’s doing.”
Spoiler alert: He’s right. I don’t.
But you know what? We’re having fun, Vader’s happy, and sometimes that’s enough. Real training with real struggles and real laughs.
