  1. My Blue Heeler is terrified of them. My terrier mix, doesn't care. We found a quiet soundproof cabin in the country we go to over the 4th because people around here are obnoxious with them.

  2. @Heeler Mama. Hi Alex, I can't say much today because I am in tears, Luna got hit by a car yesterday afternoon and died instantly. I'll be sending another email soon with photos 😢

  3. Sully is so brave when comes to fireworks 🎆 and thunderstorms I suffer from High myopia I have lots of vision problems I cannot be around loud noises my ears are too sensitive 😎😎👍👍

  4. I just LOVE these sweet babies❤❤❤ Love their beautiful markings too.Ours are the same way,Petey our Blue Heeler gets all tore up when it storms and is not too happy with fireworks. My sons two BH's, Hank and Delta are some what nervous just not as bad a our sweet boy Petey,my granddaughters BH Gezzy is not fund of it either. As you can see we are a Blue Heeler family,we love them so so much ❤ We have one we lost a couple of months ago,her name was Dolly she was our special girl. We're going to miss breeding her and all our sweet pups she had. God Bless you ALL❤

  5. I went to some friends on the fourth as we were doing a drone show this year, huge mistake!! I came home, at like 900 and it was like world war 3 and my Ryah was about to have a heart attack!! I stayed with her appologizing for leaving her till midnight!! She was a mess!!! Canceled my plans for Mt Rushmore next year for the 250th anniversary!! No way!!! And what your saying makes sense cause I didn't hear shit all week so thought, everyone is gonna follow the law……nope!!!! They just saved it for the fourth!!!

  6. My female isn't bothered by much but my boy is TERRIFIED if flashing lights and the spunds of the washer and dryer. If only I could impart on him the knowledge that they're not going to hurt him 😂

Your babies are beautiful and blessed to have such a caring keeper!

Edit: my female also doesn't carch food. I joke that she just doesn't know how to "dog". She just likes to chase and bite things. And eat. She does love food!

  7. Hi Alek, Miss Ruthie and I were much better this year. The trauma of the wildfire's explosions (propane tanks, electrical transformers, gasoline tanks of abandon cars as we evacuated) are fading, praise the Lord! Ruthie stayed close to me, as I was calm so was she – even pottied during a firework! Probably helps that her hearing has dimmed a bit, too. Not mine! I can hear a fly walk on the other side of a wall!🤣 Love, hugs, puppy kisses & God's very Best Blessing🐕‍🦺😊💕✝️🙏📖🇺🇸

  8. Happy 4th of July to you and your crew ❤ always does my heart good! I wanted to share a trick I learned with my Pepper, who took treats much like Sully does. To save my slobbered up fingers, the vet showed me this. Hold the treat up to their nose, and when they reach for it, give their nose a little tap and say "leave it." I think I've seen you use "leave it" with them before, so that would make it easier. Pepper learned to take her treats gently in no time, plus I think it made her feel like, "I did a good job!" She was totally freaked by the boom booms though, and Abigail hides in the deepest darkest place she can find in the house. Poor babies! I wish they all loved the boom booms like Sully. He is the Mr Man!
