      Thank you for caring. The dog might have been a little happier if the muzzle you were using was the right size. That one was poking into its eyes. A very uncomfortable muzzle.

      I can only imagine how bad the owners house is when u see a dog in that condition. Thankfully you helped both dogs have a decent existence even if it’s only for a while, because being in that condition cannot be comfortable for the dog.

      You are a Godsend! I’ve been watching your videos to cope with the grief of losing my two beloved shih tzu’s to old age. I hear when one door closes, another door opens- and after watching so many of your videos I’m seriously considering dog grooming!       Hello, it is very difficult to understand how can a dog owner let a cute little Shih Tzu like this get so battle matted. It has to be so painful for this little dog. Thank you for being such a good groomer and so caring.❤. Helene

      Does he come from a hoarding situation? A puppy mill? I can't imagine how a dog would get that matted under anything approaching normal circumstances. If you spend time with your dog, pet him, even just look at him, surely you'd notice he's got a month's worth of urine and feces stuck to his paws and behind?!

      I am not normally children's person, but I don't know what it is about your daughter. She is so cute and sweet. reminds my of my first bourn. Time goes so fast and I wish I could go back in time and talk to my child at that age again. Don't get me wrong I love to talk to my child today at age 22 but I still miss mi little baby. They are so precious at that age
