#A5696848 Say hello to Chanelle, a 1-year-5-month-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Lab mix and a total heart-stealer with her sleek light brindle coat and adorably freckled face wrinkles – seriously, she’s just made for smothering with smooches! 💕🐾 But this beauty is more than just her looks – she’s got a golden personality to match. Super friendly and outgoing, Chanelle treats everyone (people and pups alike!) like an old friend and would love a home with doggy siblings to romp and play with. Despite her bigger size, she’s an expert cuddler who’ll happily curl up close and soak in all the love – giving it back just as sweetly. Still young and full of potential, Chanelle would thrive with just a little basic training, like leash work and obedience – a worthwhile investment for both her and you. With a little guidance and a whole lot of love, she’s ready to be your loyal, snuggly best friend! 🐶✨
-1 year 5 month old brown brindle and white American Staffordshire Terrier/Lab mix
-63.5 pound spayed female
-up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today!
-came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 5/3/25 as an owner surrender – but we have no notes and no idea why, as Chanelle is the most delightful little lovebug!
-gloriously soft and sleek light brindle beauty with the most charming freckled little face wrinkles – perfectly kissable!
-this girl is more than just her looks though – she has a winning personality to match
-very sociable and friendly with both other people and pups, like everyone is an old friend she’s known for ages
-wants to meet ALL the other dogs, so could be a wonderful sibling to other pups you may already have
-big girl, but doesn’t let her size stop her from cuddling close and soaking up all the affection, which she also gives back tenfold
-still quite young, so could benefit from all the beginner basics to be her best self- obedience/commands and leash work

Our Mission:

United Hope for Animals is dedicated to reducing homelessness among companion animals through spay/neuter, shelter support, photography, video and networking of shelter animals in Southern California. It is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization working to end homelessness among companion animals by supporting shelter adoptions and spay/neuter programs. Through our Shelter Support Program, our volunteers photograph and video shelter pets to increase their chances of adoption significantly. Our volunteer Adoption Coordinators help facilitate adoptions of shelter pets. United Hope for Animals supports rescue, spay/neuter and networking of shelter pets to increase their chances of adoption. UHA is not a shelter, but supports shelters to help increase visibility of animals who might not otherwise be seen.
