I am noticing increase in pet abandonment in our area. Yesterday I saw a Indian Spitz on the road. Thank God but he learned to survive. I did not have my phone in hand, otherwise I would have taken a photo and tried for adoption. Another abandonment case, where he is searching for his home. I think he is from different area. He is not allowing anyone nearby. I have raised a complaint but that took a different
