Heelers Try Out Talking Pet Essential Words ~ Australian Cattle Dog ~

Hubby bought us a new toy to try out! We tried out one of the six voice buttons with all three of the kids from the Talking Pet Essential Words toy. They did so good for their first time and the cuteness, omg, love these babies so much! #australiancattledog #blueheeler #talkingpet

  1. I knew it wouldn't take Clea long. I thought Gypsy was watching and would just come right down and do it. You never know with Sully. he doesn't even acknowledge that button because he knows the hand has it and is laser focused " screw the middle man" 😂

  2. I totally agree with that toys like these will last only for hours with an adult heeler chewing ability, and because of that, I wouldn't want my dog to be left unattended with toys like these. However, it looks like fun for the dogs while with them😊.
Heeler Mama, I've just put together an email for you, and it should be in your inbox by now😊

  3. Hi Alek I taught Miss Ruthie to tap a button by: 1st putting it in the palm of my hand and holding out my hand to shake hands so the pup hits the button when he puts his paw up to shake my hand. 2nd I lower my hand holding the button, slowly to the floor as the pup repeatedly hits the button in my hand & gets a treat each time until my hand is resting on the floor holding the button 3rd I set the button on the floor and point to it. The pup has already learned to hit the button in my hand so hitting it on the floor is easy for pups that use their paws. Clea taps with her nose! 💜The catch is that the dogs don't understand what the button says, so getting them to push the same button for other meaning is a challenge. I got the buttons you record and the quality is lousy. Doesn't sound like your voice. The button Ruthie pushes is from Staples and says, "THAT WAS EASY"!😂
God bless you all, warm hugs & puppy kisses, JJ & Miss Ruthie😊🐕‍🦺💕✝️🙏

  4. When you have heelers, and especially a Sully, the concern of them chewing the buttons and swallowing a battery is real. 😂 Clea did amazing! She's always so calm. I love her so much. 💓 I was laughing right along with you. And poor Sully. He tries so hard but just didn't get it. And then there was Gypsy! She's like, "Okay, I will eat it." 🤣 Then she got it… sort of. 🐾🐾🐾💕

  5. OMG.. Gypsy was hilarious! Clea was amazing. She is very smart but tries to keep that secret with her calm demeanor. Sully was just being Sully.

  6. Alex. If u have your husband role play as the pup, and praise him when he performs the trick/command correctly, they will copy him. My fiancee and I tried for 2 months to teach our Ruby how to speak … nothing. Asked "mommy… speak " and my fiancee Ruffed. And i gave her the treat. Then the fourth time i asked, the dog barked first and demanded the treat lol

  7. I wouldn’t recommend it that type of toy for your dogs because of the hazards they pose your dogs are so precious I would be so heart broken 💔 if something awful happened to sully , Gypsy, or Clea you’re dogs are so so precious and they are so smart

  8. Hi, I just adopted in Australian cattle dog, he's 9 months. Could you recommend what I could do to train him. I'm so energetic and all over the place.. he reminds me so much of Gypsy and Cleo.. Your dogs are beautiful by the way ♥️♥️

  9. You look amazing… and the light in you has returned 🥳

Welcome back Heeler Mama & Babies.

And Heeler Papa, you are amazing!!

    ❤🐾🐾🐾 👩🏼👱🏼‍♂️

  10. 0:44 OH YA! 😂I want to get some of those, and put in words with a “crocodile hunter voice”😂 hahahaha so when my Red Heeler pushes on it you can hear her accent… “From Down Unda”😂

  11. 3:06 actually you know what someone should do, is use “guitar peddle” design – those are built out of a metal body, so the puppy’s can’t just chew threw it.
